The Tirage Précoce Saint Veran, which means “early racking”, is unique to Domaine Corsin. The grapes are harvested by hand before being gently pressed, cold fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks. Unoaked and matured on fine lees until ready for bottling, it has a light, refreshing acidity, lemon aromatics and steely minerality.
